GOLDEN IMPALAS BUSH RESORT
is now officially open under Level 1 Business Accommodation Requirements in conjunction with all the COVID19 Protocols. This information sheet has been prepared to guide guests who are anticipated to be “local” (from within the Republic of South Africa) and who will typically be booking to stay for either 2 or 3 nights.
Accommodation Packages (special rates valid until end November 2020)
Restaurant & Dining (applies for all meals)
Maatta’s Restaurant is now open for Breakfast, lunch and Dinner which we can serve you either at your room (for guests who have booked accommodation) or at various delightful “picnic facilities” located around the resort.
Game Drives & Self Drives (safe & private)
Guests booking our B&B, DBB and All Inclusive will receive 1 x complimentary game drive per day
With the exception of the All Inclusive Package all other packages exclude the conservation fees. This will have to be paid for.
Housekeeping (privacy & tranquillity)
All rooms shall be thoroughly cleaned & made ready for guests prior to check-in. Unless specific assistance is requested, housekeeping will not enter the room again & guests will not be disturbed during your stay (apart from collection of take-away trays and replacement of fresh crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc).
Upon request, any housekeeping assistance, addition fresh towels, etc can be supplied as needed.
Payments & Cancellation Policy (COVID19)
Full payment is required at the time of booking. GOLDEN IMPALAS DINOKENG is proud of our policy of providing full refunds to guests who are genuinely affected by COVID19, even up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
