Most evenings, at sunset, you can experience their journey from the roof to their hunt in the African bush with a little stop over on the terrace to say hello.
Bush babies are very unique creatures. They are small nocturnal primates with enormous eyes that help them see in the dark, making them excellent nighttime hunters. As their eyes can not move, they must turn their heads to look around. They have very strong hind legs and can leap over 3 meters. Bush babies have large, movable ears, that can rotate independently to detect insects and other sounds in the dark.
Bush babies communicate with a variety of calls, whistles and cries. Their loud baby-like calls are one reason they are called bush babies.
